Dirty 130

1 1/2 ounces of Sun Dog 130 or Zero Dark 130                                                                                                                              1/2 ounce of dry vermouth and 2-3 tablespoons of olive brine

Pour contents in shaker with lots of ice and shake at least 20 seconds, strain into your favorite martini glass and garnish with 3 olives and enjoy

Apple Dumplin' Hennessy(TM)

1 ounce Hennessy(TM) Cognac and  2 ounces of Sun Dog Apple Dumplin' 

Apple Dumplintini

2 ounces of Sun Dog Apple Dumplin'                                                                                                                                                1 ounce of Sweet Vermouth and garnish with orange peel

Warm Apple Dumplins with Friends

8 ounces of Sun Dog Apple Dumplin'                                                                                                                                                32 ounces of unsweetened apple cider and one cinnamon stick

Warm ingredients over medium heat in sauce pan (do not boil) Garnish with cinnamon stick and dried apple slice Makes five 8 ounce mugs

Sweet flamingo 

5 ounces of Sprite and 2 ounces of  Sun Dog Pink Lemonade over ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

lemon blush 

4 ounces of Prosecco or Champagne and 1.5 ounces of Sun Dog Pink Lemonade. Garnish with a lemon twist for a perfect cocktail.

pink mojito 

3 ounces of Sun Dog Pink Lemonade                                                                                                                                              6 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup. 
Muddle or shake and serve over ice and garnish with a lime wedge.

clear your schedule 

Equal parts cranberry juice and lemonade 1.5 ounces of Sun Dog 130 over ice and mint. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and enjoy.

Sun dog morning bloody mary

1.5 Oz jalapeno basil infused Sun Dog 130                                                                                                                                      1.5 oz each lime juice and olive juice and add 4 Oz V8 Hot and Spicy
Shake your drink over ice.
Rim glass or sprinkle celery salt, black pepper, cumin, and kosher salt and garnish with a lime, olive, jalapeno, and or basil.
Infusion recipe: 6 Oz Sun Dog 130 with 1 whole sliced jalapeno (no seeds) and 3 whole stalks basil (about 8- 10 leaves) in a sealed container. Place in dark bag or cabinet for at least 48 hrs. (I like a week) Strain out debris and pour infusion back in bottle and shake.

Aloha shot

Mix 1/3 cup pineapple juice and 2/3 cup Sun Dog 130. Place in freezer until very cold!
I use Tropical fusion jello. Replace 1 cup cold water with your Sun Dog 130 pineapple mixture.
Put into shot glasses and refrigerate.  For a yummy twist, put a quick squirt of whip cream and use a knife or stirrer to fold it into the shot (will look marbelized) before refrigerating.

Orange dreamsicle shot

Mix 1/2 cup vanilla bean ice cream and 1/2 cup Sun Dog 130. Put in freezer until very cold!
Follow instructions for orange jello but substitute 1 cup cold water with vanilla bean Sun Dog. Refrigerate until firm.               


Equal parts Sun Dog 130, cranberry juice, orange juice and peach schnapps shaken and served up in a cocktail glass.

Equal parts Sun Dog 130, Fireball (tm) and Butterscotch Schnapps makes the perfect shot.
